"My credit card used for payment on my policies was compromised. Call and representative was very pleasant and switched my account in minutes. Had much different experience working with Hewlett Packard. Connected with them online. Worked 20 minutes and never got resolved. P"

"Nave Thomas has been a huge help into saving me and my father money from our previous auto insurance. The switch to State Farm was easy and convenient he listened to all of our concerns that we had with our previous auto insurance company. Nave also never rushed us he gave us time to think over the descion of switching because me and my father have been with our previous auto insurance company since we been driving so making the switch wasn't easy regardless of the savings . We both are happy with the change and not just saving wise but also customer service wise. Thank you Nave"

"I have never received such quality customer service as I did with State Farm. I previously was paying over $300 with liberty mutual for LIABILITY. Stephanie Navarro, my representative State Farm’s agent, helped me save OVER HALF my monthly payments and with full coverage. She was phenomenal, kind, informative, and adamant about finding ways on saving money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking to switch over their insurance policy to consider the staff at the State Farm in Salisbury, Maryland; they also help insure Delaware-ians as well. Kudos and thank you again!!!!!"

"Incompetent people who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. They filed paperwork incorrectly that caused my flood insurance refund to be sent to the buyer of my home, rather than me - despite the fact that it was pointed out MULTIPLE times before filing that they had the information for the refund incorrect. Their response? It isn't their fault, there's no proof, and "Sorry for the inconvenience." Well, I have plenty of evidence that it is indeed solely your fault - and if this problem is not solved (and I do not receive my money) I will be suing. You must be held accountable."

"Kelcie, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, you and the lender asked us to write this policy as an assumption, by the new owner and we did that. Then you and the lender changed your minds and canceled the policy, because the new buyer had their own. We have screenshots. Of exactly what we sent to FEMA, requesting that the refund be sent to you and your husband at your new address. FEMA didn't do that. They processed the refund to the wrong person we're trying as hard as we can to get this managed through FEMA, but your frustration is really with the government, not us, as best I can tell. We did everything exactly as we were supposed to We'll continue to try and resolve this for you as best we can, and I understand from your message this morning that you're working with them also, and they've indicated their investigating it. I hope this works out in your favor! I agree arEMA owes you the refund. "

"Update: They are moving in the right direction. Haven't had any issues and service has been as it was 10 years ago. Tried signing up for a statefarm credit card had a promotion letter and a code. Started the sign up process and they signed me up for a different card. When I called to try and correct the problem they did not understand why I wanted the card in the promo. They think that the one they signed me up for is the best because it has a whole 3 percent cashback on my insurance that cost 700 bucks a year which is a whole 21 bucks. The card I got came with no promotions and starts at 22%. I have a high 700 credit score and other cards as low as 10%. Their other solution was signing up for the card I originally wanted to get my report dinged again. I have updated my rating again this office has gone through changes over the years and with a mess up like this and lack of proper handling of this matter and lack of understanding. I'm done with Reddells office. What really did it was the guy who kept pushing the 3 percent is a bigger number so it's better even tho it equals 20 bucks. He either was trying to lead me down a alley or needs more financial education and understand what the customer is saying. I should of left with my first review; Because In this case, I did, but could of been worse. Original Have been using this office for years and it’s so badly ran you should avoid this office or you will have headaches and repeat calls or be maybe even get screwed"
