"I was dealing with alot of stress and every time I thought I was getting things under control, something else would pop up. Some how in all the running and "putting out fires" the insurance on one of my cars was cancelled. I called the Office and got Liz. I explained how I was overwhelmed and that this was really confusing as to why. She was able to figure it out and explain it to me how the confusion happened. She worked with the underwriters to get it all straightened out. One less thing on my plate right now and I really appreciate how quick and detailed she was with making sure I didn't have a day noted that wasn't covered so I didn't have any further issues."
