She will be a team leader at the Harrington, DE location. Leah grew up on Kent Island, MD, and spent most of her adult life in Annapolis. She has nearly 15 years of customer service experience alongside an additional 7 years of business experience. Leah transplanted to Salisbury in November 2023 and immediately began working for Gregory Reddell State Farm in a customer relations role. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, live music, and cycling with her partner.

Nave graduated with his bachelor's in business management in 2013. He has over 6 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been working with us since April of 2023. Nave is licensed in all lines of the insurance business and is ready to assist the members of our community. When he is not working, he is coaching the local youth and spending time with his family.
